MB Associates successfully closed a case for We Help The Missing recently, when our founder located a man from Texas who came to Arizona around Christmas and went missing on Christmas Eve. She not only found him, she actually met the man, whom she learned was missing intentionally.
ARIZONA PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION
MB Associates is a Volunteer Private Investigator for the Center for Search & Investigation, an all-volunteer organization that assists families and law enforcement in locating missing teens, ages 11 to 17, and bringing them home safe. Teens who go missing are at high risk for becoming victims of human trafficking, often within 48 hours of going missing. One of the main goals of CFSI is to put an end to human trafficking, especially as it concerns children. This growing trade is not confined to remote corners of the globe: it's happening in our own back yards. If you suspect a teen is a victim of human trafficking, call this number in Arizona:1-888-373-7888.
We also belong to numerous online groups for investigative and process service professionals, including thePIGroup.com, FLIP (Female Legal/Investigative Professionals) and CALI-PI (list serve of the California Assn of Licensed Investigators), PINow.com and ServeNow.com.

You Need Answers. We Know How To Get Them.
Thank you for visiting MB Associates Investigations & Attorney Services, LLC. We are a fully-licensed and bonded private investigation firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. We have been solving problems for business, legal and individual clients for nearly 15 years. Our principals come from backgrounds in both the public and private sectors, bringing complementary approaches to our investigations. One of our principals is a 30-year veteran of the Maricopa County Office of the Public Advocate, with much of that time spent in Juvenile Justice Services as a Mitigation Specialist. Our founder has spent nearly 20 years in the private investigations field, serving private sector clients ranging from high-profile entertainment industry figures to single moms looking for the best background check on an abusive father to judgment creditors who need skip tracing to locate elusive debtors to criminal defendants who need the playing field leveled.
Our Investigative Philosophy
First and foremost among our values is integrity. Only highly ethical
individuals with a strong sense of integrity will flourish in this business in the
long-term. Our methods must be beyond reproach. Confidentiality, discretion
and unfaltering respect for truth are the backbone of our business.
We are finders of fact. We might not always like the facts that an
investigation uncovers, but our job is not to judge the facts. Our job
is to be certain that the facts we present to our clients have been
thoroughly investigated, that all possible alternatives have been
uncovered and that our end result is truth. Our job, furthermore,
is to know that the facts we present have been obtained legally and
ethically and can be used in a court of law.
MB Associates Investigations & Attorney Services, LLC
Our licensed, professional private investigators are here to help you get the information you need in order to move forward. Our assignments come from law firms, businesses and individuals in Phoenix and across the nation. Over the years, we have developed relationships with professionals throughout the country whose specializations cover every area of investigative expertise. We are able to consult with an impressive array of experts to assist us in helping you get the answers you seek. In some cases, we might recognize that your needs are beyond our expertise. If we feel that we aren't the best possible fit to handle your particular issue, we will connect you with the licensed professional who is best equipped to help you. A member of our team will be happy to discuss your case with you, listen to your concerns and review the options available to best address your particular situation. You are the most important person in our business. You can count on being treated that way.
We are passionate about investigations. We believe we can, and do, make a difference. Our attorney-clients count on us to uncover the information that will allow them to build a solid case. They count on us to make sure there are no surprises to blindside them. To keep on digging until we find that nugget of information that makes all the difference. They haven't got time to pound the pavement, to conduct a neighborhood canvas. Yet that is one of the most effective tools available in a criminal defense investigation, as in many other types of investigations. We take the time to use the tools available to the professional investigator: to thoroughly vet the expert witness or uncover the secret a witness hasn't disclosed. Because that's our job, and that's what we're trained to do.
For the average individual, we know that consulting a private investigator for the first time can be intimidating. We understand that. Regardless of the situation that brought you to us, we are here to help you. Our job is to listen -- carefully, compassionately, objectively. We know that life isn't always fair; bad things do happen to good people. But, none of us is defined by our circumstances. Sure, life throws an obstacle in your path now and then. When it does, the best strategy is to meet it head on. We're here to help you do that, or to find a way over it (or around it or through it). It's what problem-solving is all about.
You're the reason we are here. Just as no two cases are alike, so no two clients are alike. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to conducting investigations. Whatever the issue that brought you to us, your concerns regarding that issue are primary. We will treat you with respect, with courtesy, with professionalism.
